Awful, would rate a zero if it would let me

After continuously being asked if I wanted to do in app purchase I would attempt to click no and the no button would not work (this is a perfectly working iPad nothing is defective to make something not work) I clicked ask me later and it said thank you for your purchase. My bank account is now negative due to this. This needs to be corrected immediately!!!!
